Habit Stacking Builder
Design new habits by anchoring them to routines you already do. After [current habit], I will [new habit].
Habit Stacking Builder
Enter one of your current daily habits, then the new habit you want to build onto it.
How it works
James Clear's habit stacking formula
The formula is simple: After/Before [CURRENT HABIT], I will [NEW HABIT].
Examples:
"After I pour my morning coffee, I will write one sentence in my journal."
"Before I brush my teeth at night, I will do 10 push-ups."
The existing habit acts as a trigger. Over time, the new habit becomes automatic because it is tied to something your brain already does without thinking.

Why this matters
New habits stick when they hitchhike on existing ones
Willpower is a limited resource. Trying to start a new habit from scratch requires constant conscious effort. But when you stack a new habit onto something you already do automatically, the existing routine carries the new one. For ADHD brains, this removes the need to remember to do the new thing. The existing habit becomes the reminder.
